Manasa Mantra

ওঁ মনসায়ৈ নমঃ

'Manasayai Namah' means salutations to the serpent goddess Manasa. This mantra is chanted for protection from serpents and appeasement of their wrath; it is especially chanted on Nag Panchami and during Manasa Puja.
