ওঁ ঘৃণিঃ সূর্যায় নমঃ

'Ghrani' is Surya's seed syllable; 'Suryaya Namah' means salutations to the sun. This mantra is chanted with Surya Namaskara for health, vitality, and illumination; the Aditya Hridaya of the Ramayana is a hymn to the sun.
