Rash Purnima

Observed on the full moon of Kartik, celebrated in Bengal in remembrance of Krishna's raas-lila with Radha and the gopis. The Ras Yatra at Nabadwip and Cooch Behar in Nadia is especially famous, known for exhibitions of clay idols crafted by artisans. This same tithi is also observed across India as 'Kartik Purnima' and 'Dev Deepawali'.
