Chandi Mantra

ওঁ হ্রীং চণ্ডিকায়ৈ নমঃ

'Hreem' is the seed syllable of Shakti-Maya; 'Chandikayai Namah' means salutations to the fierce goddess Chandika. Before the Chandi Path during Navratri and during Durga Puja, this mantra is chanted to seek the destruction of enemies and misfortune.
